		<description><![CDATA[Hi Laura, you can turn on the feature, and every user can then decide, whether they want to use it or not. If two-factor authentication is enabled but not setup for your user account, you can login with just your username and password.﻿ If you go into USERS - USER MANAGER - SELECT A USER, you will see a tab called &quot;two factor authentication&quot; select this and you can enable or disable it here for that user.
